One More Chance for the Sportsmen's Lodge! The PPB Board met on February 1 to consider whether our next luncheon, March 19 honoring Bob Banner, should be at Sportsmen's Lodge or the Warner Center Marriott. Arguments were made that food quality and service at the last two luncheons at the Lodge were unsatisfactory, but its location is the one most convenient for a majority of PPB members. Accordingly, the Board voted to schedule the March 19 luncheon at Sportsmen's Lodge and to notify Lodge management that we expect considerable improvement if they wish us to schedule future luncheons there.
Past-President Chuck Southcott can now be heard each weekday morning from 6 to 8 on KGIL - "Retro" 1260 - playing music from the American songbook and the hits we grew up with. Besides AM 1260, KGIL can be heard on the Internet at http://www.retro1260.com.

Show, which showcased such stars as The Supremes, The Rolling Stones and James Brown.
